Day 10 of #myyearofyoga : This journey through pregnancy has revolved around letting go - letting go of parts of my rigorous #vinyasa practice, letting go of poses that were once attainable, letting go of my beloved#inversion practice (I miss #headstand!). Today for fun, I thought I'd see if I could maneuver myself into #babycrow. It's a pose that I haven't attempted in awhile but I was inspired by all the posts I've seen of it lately. The #babybump obviously made it a lot more challenging and I couldn't get my face more than an inch off the floor today but it was fun to play.
