Yoga for Runners Personal Training:

60 minute session        $60
Designed specifically for runners, this class will be prepared specifically for you and will help you to build strength, improve focus and concentration, and increase flexibility through powerful poses, deep stretches, and purposeful breath work.

*Online option available for this program with live session via FaceTime.
*Small group option available (up to 4 people)

12 sessions package (YFR12)        $650
Includes 12 sixty-minute Yoga for Runners sessions (see above), plus your personalized running program, as well as support via phone or email.  Your program will be designed based on your needs and goals, whether that be training for a race, starting a running routine for the very first time, or anywhere in between.

Yoga Personal Training:

60 minute session        $60
Learn the postures for the first time or deepen your practice with a one on one class. 

10 sessions package   $550
Includes 10 sixty-minute Yoga sessions focused on your specific needs, lifestyle, and yoga style as well as one to one support via phone or email.

20 sessions package   $900     *best rate!
Includes 20 sixty-minute Yoga sessions focused on your specific needs, lifestyle, and yoga style as well as one to one support via phone or email.

Yoga for Athletes - College Program:

This program is geared towards athletes at the college level and focuses on strength training, injury prevention, and incorporating yoga into an athlete's training program.

60 minute session         $50

Yoga for Runners Workshop:

This 2 hour workshop is designed specifically with the ailments and injuries that runners often incur in mind. We will cover the benefits of incorporating yoga into your running program, including injury prevention, breath work, mental focus, and increased performance. You'll receive information on why and how to make yoga a part of your training, a sample training guide, and yoga pose demonstration, ending with a 45-60 minute gentle, flowing asana practice.
